Teleworkers everywhere were called out, thanks to a recent survey by Career Builder, and I must admit the truth on day four of my Georgia Telework Week experiment. I am guilty of wearing a business mullet: business on top, pajamas on the bottom. Three-out-of-10 telecommuters admitted to wearing PJs while working from home — and I’m guilty as charged. But while my sweats are nice and cozy, the only way I stayed sane this week is my iMeet video conference room.

The home office blues started sinking in this morning in my fourth day outside the office. But instead of opting for faceless conference calls, I simply jumped into iMeet, saw my colleagues live on video and connected via social media — and all was right in my teleworking world.  So, I’ve happily settled for the business mullet that kept me professional on webcam and comfortable in my office chair.
